We are now a proud retail home for KAFIA INTERNATIONAL COFFEES.  This local roastery has been around for nearly 50 years and the experience can be found in the beans.  Coffee roasting is a craft that can only be mastered with time, and experience, because bean cultivation is subject to environmental influences.  Every bean is unique and the roasting process needs to be fine-tuned accordingly.  Owners, Gordon and Stacey, are avid coffee enthusiasts who support growers in fair trade, are Rainforest Alliance certified, and/or that support local cooperatives.
