We are now a proud retail home for Fluid Solar Roasted Coffee.  From nearby Clayton, ON, Fluid coffee is an impressive story of sustainability and small batch roasting.  Owners, Lorraine and Bill, are avid environmentalists who have lived off the electrical grid for over 25 years.   The entire roastery is powered by renewable sources, meaning there's no use of mass-production, commercial methods.  Every batch is restricted to 8 pounds and undergoes a lengthy roasting process, at lower temperatures.  Known as Sivetz fluid bed roasting, the results are unmatched flavor and richness in every bean.
