his coffee was processed at a wet mill in the Guji region. Most farms in the area are very small with less than 1 hectare of land, often 500 bushes or so planted. The altitude around these farms ranges from around 1850 - 1950 meters above sea level. This is a fully washed coffee that has been hand sorted starting with the whole coffee cherry, all the way to the final drying of the green bean.

Expect elegant, refined flavour creating a definite floral brewed coffee.
